• Administrative agent (gestoría) fees: the costs of processing the sale, including filing and settling taxes and registration at the Land Registry, are payable by the buyer should they choose to entrust these formalities to a professional; the amount varies depending on the professional or firm appointed.

• Buyer's agency fees: please note that professional fees may occasionally be payable by the purchaser where buyer's agent (personal property shopper) services have been contracted.
